The executive management team is lead by Michael Pannone, Managing Director and Principal.  Mr. Pannone brings 25 years of business and technology experience to Technology Procurement Corporation.  Mr. Pannone is a hands-on manager and personally manages each engagement that is accepted by Technology Procurement Corporation.  His straight forward and no nonsense approach to the "Business of Technology" distinguishes him from the typical consultant.

Mr. Pannone is considered by many of his peers as the "Go to Guy".   He has held senior management roles at large global corporations and provides services to other consultants.  He works with the "Big" global consulting firms and advises them on technology related issues.   He is also experienced in resolving disputes on behalf of his clients with technology vendors and consultants.  Mr. Pannone is considered a master negotiator and is in the top-tier of his craft.  His consulting practice includes Technology Procurement, Global Outsourcing, Contract Negotiations, Vendor Management, Merger Integration, IT Project Management / Oversight, IT Problem Resolution, Cybersecurity, A.I., Machine Learning, Advanced Computing, Biotechnology and related services.  

Mr. Pannone is a graduate of Northwestern University where he earned a Master of Science Degree, majoring in Information Sciences & Communication Systems and  holds a Bachelors Degree, majoring in Neuropsychology & Business Administration.  He also has extensive experience developing statistical models, algorithms, and applications related to Artificial Neural Networks, Decision Tree Modeling, Biotechnology and the practical application of Machine Learning.
